Hi, my name is Alan Kirchain and I am a homeowner just like you. Have you been looking to sell your house quick? I was.

Just a few short years ago I was in a situation that may be similar to yours. You see my wife and I  had a great opportunity to get a larger home for almost the same mortgage payment as the home we were living in at the time.

It was a great opportunity and one we didn't want to pass up.

The biggest challenge in doing that was that we needed to sell our old house in 60 days or less. We knew up front that we wanted to save the equity we had earned over the years and use that money as our down payment for the new home and put some of it in our pockets.

I figured why give it away to a realtor when I could sell my own home and save thousands.

I didn't just want to hand it over on a silver platter to a realtor like so many homeowners end up doing.

When I first started I had some specific goals in mind. I knew that I would need to accomplish these specific items to be successful.

● How to avoid using a realtor to list my home.

● Walk away with loads of cash.

● How to sell my own home fast.

● How to pre-qualify potential buyers.

● How to stage my home.

● How to write up a sales contract.

The problem is most of us don't know how to do any of this stuff in the beginning.  After a couple of weeks as a For Sale by Owner, with no prior experience reality hits you, and you realize that it isn't going to be that easy and you begin to start worrying that it's not going to sell at all.

I'd tried several different things with little or no results, like having open houses and running ads in newspapers, etc. Those tactics just suck up your money and provide you with little results.  Leaving you feeling desperate and ready to call in the realtor cavalry.

You end up, not knowing who or what to believe anymore. You just want to sell your home fast and avoid having to pay out the wazoo in real estate commissions more than anything else, and you should!

That’s when it dawns you that you do need some help but not from a realtor.
